Hello gundam fans, here is the part 2 of the DevilArts 1/100 Providence. If you haven't seen the part 1 of the review which is the articulation, click here. In this review I will show you what accessories it comes with and everything that is included in the box.

    Weapons

The first accessory Providence comes with is a beam rifle which is somewhat like a bazooka because of its long length. The handle can be moved up and down to provide better range of motion of the weapon because of its length. There's also a secondary handle which moves from side to side and is a bit loose and there's a clear piece for the camera on the scope. The main disappointing thing about this weapon is its shear size and because it is too long it is hindered by the backpack which is very wide and covers the whole back of Providence. I've done a modification on the rifle and will show it to you later. Also notable is the seam line that runs on top and bottom of the rifle which if you're going to be painting it would be a bit hard to remove because of the length, otherwise its manageable.

The second accessory that it comes with is the shield/beam saber. As you can see the beam saber is longer than the rifle and is almost as tall as the gundam itself. The beam saber is mounted on the shield which covers the whole forearm. The shield connection is just friction so if you're going to be painting it, it will get scratched a lot on the forearm part. No moving part on this shield. There is also a clear piece on the shield inside the blue piece. The blue piece is very UV reactive.

Next in line are the dragoons. Now as I've mentioned in part 1, the dragoons are already on the backpack and skirt armors but for it to be considered weaponized, we have to mount it on the effect parts which are clear blue pieces. These effect parts are very UV reactive. The dragoons by the way are not all one solid piece, the skirt dragoons are made of two pieces and the biggest dragoons on the back pack consists of four pieces. The smaller dragoons on the backpack are one piece.

    Accessories

And here are all the goodies that Providence comes with. All in all we have one beam rifle, a shield/beam saber, a beam saber effect parts, 12 blue effect parts for the dragoons. We also have an additional big dragoon which cannot be mounted anymore on the backpack. It can be used on kit bashes though. And yes, we have 5 sets of  hands all comes with the hand armor. We have open hands, closed fists, trigger fingers on both sides, holding hands on both sides which is of no use and a bent holding hands.

    Modification

As I have mentioned earlier, i have modified the rifle so it can be used properly with the MS.

    Decals

The kit is comes with a nice set of water slide decals. Which you can only get if you bough pbandai stuff or ver ka kits. Yes that's a large sheet of water slide decals. As for the stickers, we have 2 sets for the eyes. The one is the regular foil sticker and the other is something like a rubberized sticker which can be very very hard to remove from the sticker sheet. I've seen  some people asking how to remove that kind of sticker, what I did is bent the paper on the edge of the sticker and some push using a hobby knife and it came off.

    Final Verdict

Yes this is a very nice build and the kit comes with a lot of treats. The question is do you want to buy this? Definitely. The bandai will most probably be a bit better than this but yes this is as close to bandai as any bootleg that I've ever built. Only downside again is the long rifle which I modified to be of better use. And also it doesn't have an action base connection piece nor does it have a hole or peg to attach it to action base. But you can use a generic attachment piece that hooks on the connection between the thigh and the waist. None the less I really enjoyed building this kit. Thank you guys for reading! Until next time!
